Fawn & Fable

Come dinner time, head to Fawn & Fable — a farm-to-table steakhouse offering classic American fare cooked with the finest locally sourced ingredients. Every dish is cooked to perfection and plated with an artful finesse so the flavors are as exciting as the presentation. Plus, this restaurant is set in a magical space reminiscent of a fairytale castle.

A sophisticated yet playful menu opens with a fable about the resort’s fawn princess, and then offers diners a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a storybook ending with whimsical desserts. The restaurant has partnered with several Pennsylvania purveyors to assist in creating the idyllic dining experience while also using ingredients from the resort’s own greenhouses and gardens whenever possible.

Circle Bar & The Study

End your night at Circle Bar, a late-night hangout where master mixologists serve up lavish cocktails. Enjoy yours at the bar, take it to a table to enjoy it with the rest of your party, or head next door to The Study — a cozy spot for quiet and comfortable lounging.

The Circle Bar is a destination to see and to be seen at Nemacolin. Lavish applies to the uniquely elevated decor and finishes, and it applies to the cocktail, mocktail, and bites menus, too. While the bartenders seem to be on stage, they deliver drinks that play the leading role. Cozy spaces with tufted leather chairs in deep shades of green can be found in The Study, where a hand-painted ceiling full of twinkling stars cap shelves of books, games, an playful objects.

The Patisserie

A short walk away from The Grand Lodge in The Chateau, The Patisserie is a bright and airy spot inspired by Parisian pastry shops. Here, you’ll find espresso drinks brewed to perfection, sweet treats crafted by a talented pastry team, and quick takeaway bites sourced from artisanal partners. We recommend stopping by in the morning for your daily cappuccino and breakfast sandwich. You can always browse to pick up a few snacks and refreshments to enjoy throughout your trip, too.
