This Valentine’s Day weekend, Nemacolin invites guests to immerse themselves in romance and whimsy with Bisou Bisou by Paris Starn, a luxurious high tea experience blending culinary artistry and rococo-inspired elegance. Taking place from February 14–16, 2025, in The Bleu Room at The Chateau, this event is perfect for couples, friends celebrating Galentine’s, or those seeking an unforgettable afternoon of indulgence.
Event Highlights
Guests will embark on a multi-course journey of exquisitely crafted delights, featuring savory biscuit sandwiches, delicate quiches, and decadent sweets such as truffles and tartlets. Paris Starn’s artistry ensures every bite reflects the spirit of Versailles. The menu will be paired with fragrant teas, champagne, and bespoke cocktails, complemented by surprise entertainment to enhance the experience.
Set in The Bleu Room, inspired by le cabinet de la Méridienne — Marie Antoinette’s private room for rest and napping in Versailles — the space exudes timeless opulence. With blue marble tiles, a hand-painted ceiling, and blue-lacquered furniture, this setting elevates the high tea to a truly regal affair.
