This therapeutic treatment — designed exclusively for the Woodlands Spa — uses alternating hot and cold hydrotherapy on a water walk over loose stones designed to stimulate reflexology points in the feet. Hot and cold therapy combine to stimulate circulation and improve the immune system. The session comes to a tranquil close with a relaxing soak in a mineral spa infused with therapeutic and detoxifying salts. This treatment can accommodate up to three guests at a time.

Combining the wisdom of Native American therapies with the sacred principles of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, this session begins with ritualistic music and the burning of white sage. Subsequent Cranial Sacral, Reiki, and bodywork promotes deep relaxation, both physically and spiritually. Treatment concludes with the traditional “casting of the nets,” which symbolizes rebirth.
