Animal Ambassador Encounter

Go behind the scenes for an exclusive encounter with three of the resort's Animal Ambassadors! With a rotating lineup of fascinating creatures, no two visits are the same. You'll discover how the Wildlife Adventures Team trains, cares for, and enriches the lives of these critters while also encouraging the animal's natural behaviors.

In this private setting, some animals will likely welcome a gentle pet, while others —like our skunk and armadillo — will be admired from behind a plexiglass barrier. As a special keepsake, one of the animals will create a unique painting just for you, along with a framed photo of the talented animal artist.

Hours of Operation
$100 per person for ages 3 and older, includes tax & gratuity
Complimentary for ages 2 and under
A notice of 24 hours is required for any cancellation of your reservation or 100% of the fee will be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full price.
Guests under 17 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian throughout the experience
