Lion Encounter

Thrill-seekers won’t want to miss this “up-closer” encounter with these incredible creatures. You’ll meet with a trained wildlife keeper, learn about a lion's behavioral training, hear fun facts about the stunning African lions of Nemacolin — including Kanu, Kuvo, and Kiwi — and observe a safe feeding from a keeper.

Every encounter will be unique, depending on the personality our lions wish to display on your tour, yet you’ll come away awed by the size and power of these intelligent predators.

Hours of Operation
$117 per person, includes tax & gratuity
A notice of 24 hours is required for any cancellation of your reservation or 100% of the fee will be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full price.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian throughout the experience

Maximum of 14 people per encounter
Encounter lasts 30-45 minutes
Check in at the Equestrian Center
Please wear weather-appropriate attire and proper footwear (recommend boots or tennis shoes, no open-toe shoes)
Food and pets are not permitted on the encounter
